Love the game, but I hate the soundtrack.
happy 30th anniversary marvel vs. capcom!!!(really is the return of the 90's hits.:3) with all the revivals/how well capcom has brought back their series love to see a new marvel vs. capcom with the style of the 90's ones that the collections reminding everyone of past mvc2 & a story with the cinematics of 3 having fun with the colorfully charming library of series & worlds both rosters could have.

Why are the MvC2 hi score table graphics slanted like that? That was never a thing in any previous version and this is supposed to be an emulation of the original arcade version.

I think Marvel had a lot of input on the roster. Not sure what their logic was, but Cyclops was a pretty glaring omission

Out of all games in the MvC franchise, Clash of Super Heroes has the most weakest roster. Even the hidden characters were unimpressive. Roll is fine, but where was thee Ken Masters, Iron Man and U.S. Agent? I don’t want orange versions of Hulk and Venom. Also I wanted Guile to be on the roster (instead of Chun-Li), with Shadow and Shadow Lady as hidden fighters. And Guile's plot in MvC1 centering on him teaming up with Captain America and trying to unbrainwash both Nash and Chun-Li.

Depending on who you're partner is some of these endings have slight variations which is really cool.
I always wanted to like this game because the way it plays is quite fun but I just can’t get over how hard Disney Disneyed all over it. characters just can’t shut up because Marvel characters have to constantly be quipping and making jokes. The music has negative impact because they’re trying to align it with an MCU movie and most MCU scores don’t really stand out, which is fine for the movies but not for a fighting game. The actual hit sounds have no punch to them. A lot of the voice actors sound like they were just there to cash in a paycheck. There’s no deep cut characters on the marvel side because they don’t have movies yet. It’s just so much missed potential.
The MVCi Beyond mod seems to be fixing a lot of these problems. There’s a pretty fun game buried under the ugly paint job.
@@DoctorBadvibes see that’s the thing though, while the mod is sick and I hope it gets people into the game again, the paint job didn’t even bother me because I’m completely blind. I can’t see the aesthetics. A fighting game has to sell itself on its sound design and its roster, and marvel infinite did… not that.
